Local medical staff described the influx of patients as intense and urgent.
An emergency room nurse, speaking on condition of anonymity, said:
“We received multiple patients in a very short period of time — some with life‑threatening injuries. Our teams went into active triage mode. We worked to stabilize as many as possible, and every staff member from physicians to technicians was assisting.”
